- Supabase authentication cookies — keep you signed in and manage session tokens. Duration: session or as configured by Supabase for session refresh. Without these, login and dashboard features will not work.
- referral_code— stores the referring partner's code when you click a referral link or custom partner URL (e.g., godotwebs.com/your-name). Duration: 90 days. Scope: path=/, SameSite=Lax, and in production scoped to .godotwebs.com. Used to attribute qualifying Pro and Max subscription purchases. Clearing or blocking this cookie may prevent referral credit from being assigned.
Security cookies
- Cloudflare Turnstile — used on contact, registration, and password-reset flows to detect automated abuse. Turnstile may set cookies or use browser storage when its script runs. Duration: as set by Cloudflare.
Third-party cookies (only when you use these features)
- Google— if you choose "Continue with Google", Google may set cookies during the OAuth sign-in process on their domains. Duration: as set by Google.
- Stripe — if you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe may set cookies on stripe.com during checkout and payment management. Duration: as set by Stripe.
Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in, completing checkout, or submitting certain forms.

We use localStorage in the dashboard to rate-limit verification email resend requests (timestamps only, tied to your account email). This is not a cookie but serves a similar functional purpose.
