By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy alongside our Terms of Service.

Account information - email address, username, authentication credentials (stored via Supabase; passwords hashed), and Google account details if you sign in with Google.
Profile and application data - personal and professional information you store in profiles (e.g., name, contact details, employment history, skills, summaries) and custom simulation models you create.
Usage and subscription data - plan tier, output and simulation usage counts, billing period, subscription status, and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Application and AI input data - profile information, files, voice or text, application content, and related material you submit through the website or dashboard for matching, drafting, auto-fill, prediction, or simulation features.
Communications - information you send via our contact form (name, email, optional phone, message).
Technical data - session cookies for authentication, IP address and browser/device information in server logs, and Turnstile verification tokens for fraud prevention.
Partnership and referral data - if you enroll in the Partnership Program or interact with referral links: affiliate enrollment status and plan tier, referral code, optional custom partner URL, commission history, earnings balance, and withdrawal records; Stripe Connect account identifiers and payout status when you opt into bank transfer payouts; and subscription metadata linking referred customers to partner accounts for commission calculation (we do not receive referred customers' full payment card details). When you visit via a partner link, a referral tracking cookie may be set on your device (see our Cookie Policy).
To deliver AI features, relevant portions of your input (profile data, files, and application content you submit) are transmitted to third-party AI model providers for processing. These providers process data according to their own policies. AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate - you should review all content before submitting applications elsewhere.
When you use matching, drafting, auto-fill, prediction, or simulation features, we process the profile data, files, voice or text, and related application content you submit through the website or dashboard. We use that information to organize your profile, match opportunities, and generate outputs. Those requests are authenticated with your account and processed through our servers. You control what you submit. The Service does not read web pages on your device. Voice Navigation uses the voice or text you choose to submit. We use it to provide that feature. Voice Navigation is on for Pro and off for Free. Credits and limits are the output and simulation counts on your Usage page, and they reset on the date shown there. When a Free limit is reached, the Service offers an upgrade. Fill stays assist-only: you can read each field and change anything. It never sends the application for you. Prices are only the ones listed on Pricing. We do not sell that audio.

We use essential cookies (primarily Supabase session cookies) to keep you signed in. We also use a referral tracking cookie (referral_code) to attribute qualifying Pro and Max subscriptions to referral partners when you arrive via a partner link. We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may delete profiles and your account; residual backups may persist for a limited period.
