By accessing or using GoDotWebs services, websites, tools, or APIs (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum legal age in your country to create an account and use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any actions taken through your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access or any suspected security issue through info@godotwebs.com.

Service Description

The Service may include content generation, AI-assisted workflows, automation features, templates, and related support services. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where practical.

Pricing, Billing and Refunds

  • Billing is charged according to the plan you select in your account.
  • Some features may involve credits, usage limits, or add-on charges. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in an applicable promotion.
  • If a payment method is declined or a charge fails, access may be paused until resolved.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Illegal activities, fraud, or abuse.
  • Uploading malware, distributing spam, or attempting to disrupt our systems.
  • Violating rights of third parties, including copyright, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Circumventing safeguards or reverse engineering core platform functionality.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. We retain ownership of platform software, interfaces, and trademarks, unless otherwise granted in writing. You may not reproduce, resell, or duplicate the Service in ways not authorized by these Terms or a separate license.

Privacy and Data Handling

We process data according to our Privacy Policy and security practices. You are responsible for data you input, including third party or client-provided material. We may process aggregated, anonymized usage data for analytics and service improvement.

By creating an account, you agree to receive service notices, account alerts, and transactional messages by email. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are accurate and active.

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., payment and authentication providers). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies. GoDotWebs is not liable for outages or policy changes from third-party platforms outside our direct control.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or close access for repeated misuse, legal compliance concerns, or unpaid fees, with notice where appropriate. Certain provisions survive termination, including IP, liability limitations, and payment obligations.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoDotWebs Limited disclaims implied warranties, and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or business interruptions arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoDotWebs Limited and its team from third-party claims resulting from your misuse, unlawful use, or content violations related to your account and project activity.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is effective when posted in-app or on this page. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms.
