Terms of Service.

By accessing or using GoDotWebs's website (godotwebs.com), dashboard, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GoDotWebs ("we", "us", "our") operates the Service as a trade name. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and GoDotWebs.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to accept these Terms.

The Service includes a web dashboard, API-backed features, and a browser extension that connects to your account. Features, models, and usage limits may vary by plan and may change over time.
You may store personal and application-related information in profiles ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant GoDotWebs a limited license to host, process, and transmit User Content solely to provide and improve the Service (including sending relevant portions to AI providers to generate outputs).
You represent that you have the right to submit User Content and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights or applicable law.

GoDotWebs uses third-party AI models to generate suggestions, predictions, and simulated feedback. Outputs are probabilistic and for informational purposes only. They are not professional, legal, career, or admissions advice.
The extension requires a GoDotWebs account and permission to interact with web pages you choose to use it on. The extension may read form fields and page context necessary to provide auto-fill and related features. Use of the extension is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the extension complies with the terms of any third-party website or application you interact with.
Free plan - subject to usage limits (e.g., outputs and simulations as shown on the Pricing page).
Paid plans (Pro, Max) - billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
Partnership plans (Connector, Institution) - billed monthly through Stripe as a separate subscription from Pro and Max usage plans. The free Sharer tier has no monthly fee. By subscribing to a paid partnership plan, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. If you cancel a paid partnership plan, access to paid partnership features ends at the end of the current billing period and your account downgrades to the free Sharer tier. Partnership plan prices are listed on our Partnership page and may change with reasonable notice. Except where required by applicable law, partnership subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
GoDotWebs offers an optional Partnership Program ("Program") through which eligible account holders may refer customers and earn commissions. By enrolling, you agree to this Section in addition to the rest of these Terms.
Enrollment and relationship - The Program is opt-in. Partners are independent promoters, not employees, agents, or representatives of GoDotWebs. You must have a GoDotWebs account and meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2. Paid partnership tiers require a verified email address.
Plans and fees - The Program has three tiers: Sharer (free), Connector (paid), and Institution (paid). Current prices and features are listed on our Partnership page. We may change plan features, prices, or commission rates with reasonable notice where practicable.
Referral links and attribution - Each partner receives a unique referral link. Institution partners may also request a custom URL (e.g., godotwebs.com/your-name) subject to our naming rules. When someone clicks your link, we set a referral tracking cookie on their device for up to 90 days (see our Cookie Policy). If they click another partner's link before subscribing, the most recent referral generally takes precedence for initial attribution. When a referred customer completes their first qualifying paid subscription checkout, we record the referring partner in subscription metadata for renewal commission purposes.
Commission eligibility - Commissions are earned only on qualifying payments for paid Pro and Max usage subscriptions (initial subscriptions and renewals), not on partnership plan fees or other products. Commission rates depend on your partnership tier at the time each commission is calculated: Sharer (5%), Connector (10%), Institution (65%). We do not pay commissions on self-referrals, invalid or inactive referrers, or non-qualifying purchases. We may withhold, adjust, or reverse commissions that result from fraud, chargebacks, refunds, or violations of these Terms.
Earnings and payouts - Commissions accrue to your partnership balance shown in the dashboard. We do not guarantee any level of income, referrals, or conversions. You may request payout once your available balance reaches a minimum of USD $10. Payout options include Stripe Connect bank transfer (subject to supported countries and successful onboarding) or a manual payout request through the dashboard. Manual payouts are processed at our discretion and may take several business days. You are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting, or filings related to your earnings. Stripe may collect identity verification and tax information as part of Connect onboarding.
Custom URLs (Institution) - Custom URLs must be 3–32 characters, use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, be globally unique, and not use reserved names. You may not choose a name that infringes trademarks, impersonates GoDotWebs, or misleads users. We may revoke or reassign custom URLs that violate these rules or upon downgrade or cancellation of your Institution subscription.
Plan changes - Upgrading to a higher paid partnership tier replaces your prior paid partnership subscription. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. After a paid partnership plan ends, you remain enrolled at the Sharer tier with the corresponding commission rate, and any custom URL is removed.
Program changes and termination - We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time. We may remove you from the Program or terminate your partnership participation if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent referral activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. If we terminate your participation for cause, we may withhold or forfeit unpaid or pending earnings to the extent permitted by law.
GoDotWebs offers an optional Tester Program through which eligible account holders may test the Service and receive a promotional reward. By participating, you agree to this Section in addition to the rest of these Terms. Participation does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with GoDotWebs.
Eligibility - You must meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2 and have a GoDotWebs account. Rewards are limited to one per person or household. We may approve or deny participation at our discretion.
Program requirements - To qualify for a reward, you must: (1) create and maintain a GoDotWebs account; (2) subscribe to an active paid Pro or Max plan; (3) genuinely test the Service; (4) record a video of approximately 30 seconds in which you speak about your experience with GoDotWebs; and (5) complete the submission form linked from our Tester Program page (including any Google Form we designate for submissions).
Reward - quantity and amount - Qualifying participants may receive a USD $20 Amazon gift card. Rewards are limited to the first 10 qualifying submissions received while the program is active. Submission does not guarantee a reward; we verify eligibility before issuing any reward. No cash alternative is offered. Amazon is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with, this program.
Reward - delivery - Approved rewards are delivered electronically (for example, to the email address associated with your account) after we verify your submission. Processing may take up to 30 business days. You are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting, or filings related to rewards you receive.
Video and form submissions - Your submission must reflect your honest experience with the Service. You represent that you own or have the rights to submit your video and any related content, and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights or applicable law. By submitting, you grant GoDotWebs a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, and display your submission (including your name, voice, and likeness as submitted) for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and in advertising.
Prohibited conduct - You may not submit fake, misleading, or scripted testimonials; create duplicate accounts or multiple submissions to obtain more than one reward; submit content created by or featuring another person without authorization; or engage in fraud or other violations of these Terms in connection with the Tester Program. We may require that you maintain an active qualifying subscription through our verification process.
Relationship to subscriptions - Pro and Max subscription fees remain governed by Section 9. Participating in the Tester Program does not waive subscription, billing, or refund terms. Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
Program changes and termination - We may modify the reward amount, participant cap, requirements, or discontinue the Tester Program at any time. If the program ends before you qualify, you are not entitled to a reward. We may withhold or forfeit rewards if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive or fraudulent activity, to the extent permitted by law.
Each plan includes limits on outputs, simulations, and available AI models (see Pricing and your dashboard usage page). Monthly output limits are 50 (Free), 1,000 (Pro), and 10,000 (Max). Simulation limits are 5 (Free), 20 (Pro), and 5,000 (Max). Limits of 10,000 outputs and 5,000 simulations are displayed as "Unlimited" in the dashboard and on the Pricing page, but remain subject to fair use and system capacity. We may throttle or restrict access if usage exceeds plan limits or appears abusive.
The Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by GoDotWebs or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service.
Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
The Service integrates with third parties including Supabase (authentication/hosting), Stripe (payments and, for partners, Stripe Connect payouts), third-party AI model providers, and websites you visit via the extension. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that processing described there will occur, including transmission of relevant data to AI providers to deliver features.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or changes to third-party AI models.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if continued provision becomes impractical. We may also suspend or terminate your Partnership Program or Tester Program participation independently of your main account access. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GODOTWEBS AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoDotWebs from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your participation in the Partnership Program (including your promotional or marketing activity), your participation in the Tester Program (including your submitted video and related content), or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting info@godotwebs.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
